Sir Cliff Richard, affectionately dubbed “The Bionic Christian” by Sir Elton John, is interviewed in a dedicated programme on Europe’s leading Country Music radio station, CMR Plus Radio, over the Easter weekend. Christian fans of country music across the globe now have a new adult music show dedicated to their particular interests following the launch of the “Christian Show” on CMR Plus Radio broadcast on both Sky 0163 for the UK and worldwide on the Internet at CMR Plus Radio.
The programme is broadcast every Sunday from London 8am – 10am (GMT) and will be hosted by Paul Davis and Andy Humphries. The Cliff Richard Special is being aired on Easter Monday 12 - 1 pm (GMT) and repeated 6-7 pm (GMT). liff chats exclusively to Paul about some of the early country, rockabilly, and gospel artists (Buddy Holly, Elvis, Ricky Nelson, Stuart Hamblen, Kris Kristofferson etc) and songs ('Blueberry Hill', 'The Minute You're Gone', ‘Have I Told You Lately', 'Why Me Lord' etc.) that helped mould his successful career that has lasted half a century. |
